These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website frozen-textures.com (the “Website”), including the FrozenTextures AI texture generator, Store, account features, credit wallet, downloadable textures, PBR maps, and any related products or services made available through the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or purchasing any Credits, generated textures, ready-made textures, or other digital products.

By creating an account, purchasing Credits or digital products, using the AI texture generator, downloading files, or otherwise accessing the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase any products or services from us.

In these Terms, “FrozenTextures”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FROZEN SKINS LTD.

“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing Credits or digital products, or using the Services.

2. Our Services

FrozenTextures provides an online platform through which users may:

create AI-generated textures using text descriptions and configurable generation settings;
generate downloadable PBR texture packs;
preview generated textures on supported 3D models;
purchase Credits that may be used for texture generation;
purchase ready-made digital textures from the Store;
download generated and purchased textures;
store generated textures and transaction information within their account;
use eligible textures in personal and commercial projects, subject to these Terms;
access information, support, account management, and related Website functions.

The specific features, formats, resolutions, PBR maps, generation options, prices, and availability displayed on the Website may change from time to time.

3. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that:

you meet these eligibility requirements;
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
you are legally permitted to use the Website in your country;
you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that prohibit us from providing the Services to you.

If you use FrozenTextures on behalf of a company, studio, agency, employer, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Restricted Countries and Sanctions

FrozenTextures does not provide services to countries, territories, individuals, or entities subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

You must not use the Website on behalf of a prohibited or sanctioned person, or attempt to bypass geographic or payment restrictions.

We may refuse transactions, restrict access, suspend accounts, or withhold services where required by law or for sanctions compliance.

5. Account Registration

Certain functions, including purchasing Credits, generating textures, saving generated files, and accessing downloads, may require a registered account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials;
restricting access to your account and devices;
ensuring that the email address associated with your account is accurate;
all activity carried out through your account;
notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or use.

You must not:

create an account using false or misleading information;
impersonate another person or organisation;
share, sell, rent, or transfer your account;
create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, prices, generation limits, or enforcement measures;
use another user’s account without permission.

We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before providing access, changing account details, or handling an account-related request.

6. Account Communications

You are responsible for checking the email address connected to your account.

We may send service-related communications concerning:

purchases and payment confirmations;
credit transactions;
generated texture notifications;
account security;
changes to the Services;
support requests;
updates to these Terms or other policies;
legally required notices.

Service-related communications are not marketing messages and may be necessary for us to operate your account and provide the Services.

7. Credits

FrozenTextures uses a virtual credit system for AI texture generation.

Unless otherwise stated on the Website:

1 generation costs 1 Credit;
100 Credits cost USD 150;
prices in other currencies are displayed when you switch the currency on the Website;
Credits are added to your account after successful payment;
Credits may only be used for eligible FrozenTextures services;
Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

The applicable Credit cost is shown before each generation and deducted once the request is submitted. Generation costs may change in the future depending on the selected features or technical requirements, but the current cost will always be displayed before confirmation.

8. Credit Balance

Your available Credit balance is displayed in your account or near the generator.

You are responsible for checking your balance before starting a generation.

We may correct a Credit balance where it is affected by:

a technical error;
duplicate allocation;
an incomplete or reversed payment;
a refund;
a chargeback;
fraudulent activity;
unauthorised account access;
misuse of the Services.

We will not arbitrarily remove legitimately purchased and unused Credits.

Credits will only be subject to an expiry period where that expiry is clearly disclosed before purchase or required by law. Where no expiry period is displayed, no specific expiry period applies.

9. AI Texture Generator

The AI texture generator allows users to submit descriptions and select available generation parameters.

Available settings may include:

texture description;
negative prompt;
preset;
material;
style;
resolution;
diffusion steps;
guidance;
seed;
selected PBR maps.

The available settings may vary depending on the AI model, Website version, account type, system capacity, or technical requirements.

Submitting a generation request does not guarantee that the result will exactly match your prompt, intended appearance, reference, technical workflow, or artistic expectations.

AI-generated results may contain:

unexpected patterns or details;
visual inconsistencies;
artefacts;
seams;
incorrect colours;
distorted elements;
similarities to other generated outputs;
incomplete PBR information;
differences between the preview and downloaded files.

You must review and test each generated texture before using it in a final project.

10. Store Products

FrozenTextures may offer ready-made digital textures through the Store.

Store products may include:

individual textures;
PBR texture sets;
albedo maps;
normal maps;
roughness maps;
metallic maps;
ambient occlusion maps;
height maps;
other digital material files.

Each product page will describe the files and specifications included with that product.

You must review the product description before purchase, including:

preview images;
file formats;
resolution;
included PBR maps;
file size;
compatibility information;
usage information;
any product-specific limitations.

A Store product is supplied when it becomes available for download through the Website or your account.

11. File Formats and Compatibility

Textures may be provided in formats such as PNG, ZIP, or other formats displayed on the relevant page.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every:

device;
browser;
operating system;
3D application;
game engine;
rendering engine;
plug-in;
software version;
project pipeline.

References to applications or platforms such as Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar software are provided for general informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or guaranteed compatibility.

You are responsible for confirming that the listed format, resolution, and maps are suitable for your intended software and project before purchase or final use.

12. Personal and Commercial Use

Subject to these Terms, you may use textures lawfully obtained through FrozenTextures in both personal and commercial projects.

Permitted uses may include incorporating textures into:

games;
3D models and scenes;
architectural visualisations;
interior or exterior renders;
animation;
film and video;
visual effects;
virtual reality and augmented reality projects;
product visualisations;
websites and applications;
advertisements;
social media content;
printed materials;
client work;
digital artwork;
other completed creative projects.

The texture must be incorporated into a wider project or end product and must not be distributed primarily as a standalone texture asset.

13. Restrictions on Texture Use

You must not:

resell, sublicense, share, upload, or redistribute a texture as a standalone file;
include a texture in another texture library, asset marketplace, stock platform, template collection, material library, or competing generation service;
provide source texture files to third parties except where reasonably necessary for authorised collaborators working on your project;
make purchased or generated texture files publicly available for download;
claim exclusive ownership of an AI-generated visual pattern where exclusive rights cannot legally exist;
register an unmodified texture as a trademark, design right, or other exclusive right;
use textures to train, fine-tune, test, or develop another AI model without our prior written permission;
use automated tools to scrape, copy, extract, or reproduce the Store catalogue;
remove embedded metadata or rights information for the purpose of concealing the origin of a Store product;
use any texture in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

You may provide incorporated project files to clients, publishers, manufacturers, developers, or collaborators where the texture cannot reasonably be extracted and reused as a standalone asset.

14. Generated Outputs and Intellectual Property

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your original prompts and materials submitted to the generator.

As between you and FrozenTextures, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use your generated outputs for personal and commercial projects in accordance with these Terms.

Because outputs are generated using artificial intelligence:

copyright or other exclusive rights may not arise in every jurisdiction;
similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users;
we do not guarantee that an output is unique;
we do not guarantee that an output can be registered or protected as intellectual property;
we do not guarantee that third parties will not claim rights in similar material.

Nothing in these Terms represents legal advice regarding whether a particular generated output qualifies for copyright, design, trademark, or other protection.

15. Prompts and User Content

“User Content” includes prompts, negative prompts, descriptions, uploaded references, names, text, settings, feedback, and other material you submit through the Website.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and transmit your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

provide the requested generation;
operate the Website;
save results to your account;
prevent fraud and abuse;
maintain security;
investigate technical issues;
comply with legal obligations.

You confirm that your User Content:

belongs to you or is used with proper permission;
does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
does not contain unlawful personal data;
does not contain malware or malicious instructions;
complies with these Terms.

16. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use FrozenTextures to create, upload, request, promote, or distribute content that:

is illegal;
infringes another person’s intellectual property;
violates privacy or data protection rights;
contains malware, viruses, harmful code, or instructions intended to disrupt systems;
facilitates fraud, impersonation, phishing, or deception;
depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation;
promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
encourages serious violence or criminal activity;
is defamatory, threatening, or unlawfully discriminatory;
contains another person’s confidential information without permission;
attempts to bypass content restrictions or security controls.

You must not:

interfere with the Website’s normal operation;
reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary models or source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
overload or attack the Website;
use bots or automated systems without permission;
attempt to access another user’s account;
manipulate payments, Credits, pricing, or generation limits;
exploit technical errors for financial or other benefit.

17. Payments

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers.

FrozenTextures does not directly collect, receive, process, store, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV code, online banking password, or other complete payment credentials.

When you make a purchase:

you may be redirected to or interact with a third-party payment interface;
the payment provider processes your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy;
the provider may perform identity, security, fraud, sanctions, or payment authorisation checks;
we receive only the transaction information reasonably necessary to confirm payment and fulfil your purchase.

This information may include:

payment status;
transaction reference;
payment amount;
currency;
date and time;
payment method category;
limited billing details;
fraud or risk status.

We are not responsible for the payment provider’s independent systems, availability, decisions, or privacy practices.

A purchase is not complete until the payment provider confirms successful payment.

18. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Prices may be displayed in the following currencies:

British Pound Sterling (GBP), Euro (EUR), United States Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), Australian Dollar (AUD), Azerbaijani Manat (AZN), Czech Koruna (CZK), Hungarian Forint (HUF), Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT), Moldovan Leu (MDL), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Peruvian Sol (PEN), Polish Zloty (PLN), and Uzbekistani Som (UZS).

The total price, including applicable taxes, will be shown before payment.

We may change prices, Credit values, and generation costs at any time. Changes will not affect completed purchases. If a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

19. No Subscriptions or Automatic Renewal

Unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise, FrozenTextures does not operate an automatically renewing subscription.

Credit and Store purchases are one-time purchases.

We will not automatically charge you again merely because you previously purchased Credits or a digital product.

20. Digital Delivery

Credits are delivered by being added to your FrozenTextures account.

Generated textures are delivered by being made available through the generator, your account, or a download link.

Store products are delivered through an account download area or other digital delivery method displayed on the Website.

21. Cancellation Rights for Digital Content

UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days.

However, where you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately, you may be required during checkout to:

give express consent for supply to begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
acknowledge that you will lose the statutory right to cancel once digital supply begins.

Digital supply may begin when:

Credits are added to your account;
Credits are used for generation;
a generated texture is made available;
a Store product becomes available for download;
a download starts.

Where you have not requested immediate supply and retain a legal cancellation right, you may contact us at [email protected] within the applicable period.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Refunds for Credits

Store products are digital and generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except where required by law or where the files are faulty, missing, corrupted, or materially different from their description.

We may first offer a replacement, corrected file, or new download. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

A chargeback does not automatically establish that a purchase was unauthorised or that FrozenTextures breached these Terms.

Where a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider with relevant transaction evidence, including:

account information;
purchase confirmation;
login records;
Credit allocation records;
Credit usage;
generation records;
download records;
support correspondence;
acceptance of applicable terms.

If a payment is reversed after Credits or digital content have been delivered, we may:

remove the corresponding unused Credits;
suspend access to affected files;
restrict or suspend the account;
recover amounts lawfully due;
investigate suspected fraud.

We will not penalise users for raising a genuine, good-faith payment concern.

24. Intellectual Property in the Website

The Website and its underlying content, excluding User Content and generated outputs where applicable, are owned by or licensed to FrozenTextures.

This includes:

the FrozenTextures name and branding;
Website design;
interface elements;
text and graphics;
Store previews;
databases and product organisation;
software and source code;
generation workflows;
proprietary prompts and presets;
documentation;
logos and icons.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, frame, mirror, or exploit these materials except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

No ownership of the Website, software, AI systems, or Store catalogue is transferred to you.

25. Third-Party Services

The Website may depend on or link to third-party services, including:

payment processors;
hosting providers;
cloud infrastructure;
AI model providers;
email providers;
analytics providers;
fraud prevention services;
software applications.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, software, content, security, availability, or independent decisions.

Mentioning or linking to a third party does not necessarily mean we endorse or have a formal partnership with that party.

26. Privacy and Payment Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may process information required to:

create and administer accounts;
provide the generator;
save textures;
process and verify purchases;
allocate Credits;
provide downloads;
prevent fraud;
secure the Website;
communicate with users;
provide support;
comply with legal obligations.

We do not directly collect or store complete payment card credentials.

Payment information is entered into and processed by the applicable third-party payment provider.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that certain information may be shared with service providers where necessary to provide the Services, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

27. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where these Terms are breached, fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected, security risks arise, or action is required by law.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time through your account settings. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the account was closed.

28. Disclaimer Regarding AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be unpredictable.

FrozenTextures does not guarantee that any generated output will be:

unique;
free from visual defects;
perfectly seamless;
suitable for every use;
compatible with every workflow;
legally protectable;
free from all similarities to existing material;
accepted by a third-party marketplace, client, platform, or software provider.

You are responsible for reviewing the output and determining whether it is appropriate, safe, lawful, and technically suitable for your intended use.

29. Changes to These Terms

The updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired through a completed purchase unless required by law.

Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are acting as a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country in which you ordinarily live.

Consumers may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

Business users agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the Services.
