No. FrozenTextures does not directly collect or store your full card number, CVV or CVC code, banking password, or complete payment credentials. Payments are processed securely by an independent third-party payment provider.

You can delete your account through your account settings. Before deletion, download any files you wish to keep, as you may lose access to generated textures, purchased downloads, unused Credits, and account history.

Sign in to your account and open the wallet or Credit purchase section. Choose the required Credit package and complete the payment through the third-party payment provider.

Generated textures, eligible Store purchases, Credit information, and available downloads can be accessed through your account.

Yes. Generated textures are automatically saved to your account, allowing you to access and download them later. We recommend keeping your own backup copies of important files.

Used Credits are generally non-refundable when a generation has completed successfully. If a Credit is deducted but no usable output is delivered because of a confirmed technical error, the Credit may be restored. Subjective dissatisfaction with the result does not normally qualify for a refund.

Describe the surface you want to create, choose the material, style, resolution, generation settings, and required PBR maps, then submit your request. The generated texture can be previewed on a 3D surface and downloaded as a texture pack.

One texture generation costs 1 Credit. The applicable cost is displayed before you submit the generation request.

Depending on the selected settings, your texture pack may include Albedo, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, Ambient Occlusion, and Height maps.

Yes. Generated and purchased textures may be used in both personal and commercial projects, subject to the Terms of Service. You may not resell or redistribute the original texture files as standalone products.

Store products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, the purchased files become available for download through the Website or your account.

The Store offers ready-made digital PBR textures. Each product page displays the available resolution, file formats, included maps, previews, and other relevant specifications.

The textures may be used with compatible 3D, rendering, design, animation, and game-development software. You should check the listed file formats, resolution, and included maps before purchasing.
